I strive to show each client step-by-step directions, to place them on their journey, to reach their own personal goals.Would you like to work out one-on-one or maybe a group setting… the option is YOURS! You decide how you would like to work out and I set the scale with you. I will challenge you within reason to reach YOUR goal. You are more than a client; you will receive the attention you deserve. I am here to be YOUR fitness mentor!
Whether it’s stepping on the scale just to see a lower number,a wedding, health related reasons or getting in those favorite jeans; I’m here the whole way with you to watch your successes unfold.

If you are unsure what your goal should be, let me help you. I will perform a free body analysis to get you started and inspire you to discover YOUR fitness checklist. I will work closely with you to map out a plan to incorporate specific techniques such as, weight training, pylometrics, cardiovascular programs, and then a nutrition plan consisting of a balance of all food groups that YOU can have. If you are Gluten free, casein free, or a vegetarian… no problem! I have a many healthy and tasty dishes for you! Keep in mind not only am I a health conscious gal I’m also 100% Italian… so food will never taste bland!
